1 Time and kilometers will be charged from garage to garage.
2 Services for more than four hours will be charged under 80 kilometers and 8 hours
3 Late Night Charges would be extra as it may be informed of the Booking...
4 All Parking charges, Toll taxes, State taxes will be charged extra as per original receipts, in case taxes are paid by the party themselves then only the Service charge & Driver expense would be billed.
5 GST will be charged on a gross invoice as per applicable.
6 If the Customer cancels the booking after our vehicle leaves the garage then we will be charging for the same irrespective of being used or not.
7 In case of mechanical fault or miss happening during a booking, we will be requiring the time to either arrange a substitute or get the same vehicle fixed. In such a case no compensation would be given for the delay, however, if clients make their own arrangements we will be charging till that particular point.
8 Delay in service apart from human error from our end, such as Traffic Jam, Natural calamities or disaster, Govt. work, etc. would not be liable for any penalty, compensation or refund.
9 If there?s an AC failure, AC rates will be charged up to the point of AC failure, further from that point, we will be liable to compensate a maximum of 15% on further running.
10 All the payments have to be made within 15 days after the presentation of the invoices. Any delay beyond this will attract a levy/interest of 2% per month.
11 In case of any complaint, we must be informed at that time only to enable us to resolve immediately. Complaints after taking the services will not be entertained at all.
12 All the tariffs are subsidized to help India Tourism more affordable more competitive and to get volumes. These rates are specially designed for inbound tours only. For conferences, corporate, delegations, fairs these rates will not be applicable. You can always request for tariff for these as per the requirements.
13 Any item lost during the trip in our vehicle would be returned to its rightful owner if found, though the passengers should take care of their belongings themselves & the company wouldn?t be liable for any lost item.
14 Any legal dispute subject to jurisdiction in Uttar Pradesh only.
